M365 Copilot + Agents Partner Playbook
Microsoft has laid out a clear, repeatable motion for CSP Partners: Open the door with AI transformation, unlock every room with Copilot Chat, and transform departments with M365 Copilot + Agents. This playbook operationalizes that motion — first internally (eat our own cooking), then as a repeatable client engagement framework.
