0.1 Licensing & Environment Setup
Section titled “0.1 Licensing & Environment Setup”- Provision M365 Copilot licenses for the internal team (Copilot Business at $21/user or full M365 Copilot at $30/user)
- Set up Copilot Chat for the broader org (free tier with pay-as-you-go agents)
- Establish a Copilot Studio trial environment for agent development
- Configure pay-as-you-go billing for agent consumption
0.2 Security & Governance Foundation
Section titled “0.2 Security & Governance Foundation”- Configure Conditional Access policies and enforce MFA
- Set up device compliance with Intune
- Create and publish Sensitivity Labels for data classification
- Build baseline DLP policies (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Address oversharing: audit sharing links, restrict broad access, apply labels at file/folder/site level
- Set up Purview for audit logging, retention, and eDiscovery of AI activity
- Deploy Agent 365 controls: agent directory, policy-based controls, monitoring & logs
0.3 Internal Team Training Tracks
