Team Training Curriculum
Purpose: Train our team across four tracks so we can deliver the Microsoft Partner playbook to clients with confidence. We run this internally first, then take it to market.
Training Philosophy
Section titled “Training Philosophy”Microsoft’s Level Up CSP program gives us the content. Our job is to internalize it, practice it, and build muscle memory. Every team member should be able to explain Copilot, demo it, and answer objections. Specialists go deeper in their tracks.
Principle: Learn by doing, not watching. Every module ends with a hands-on exercise, not a quiz. If you can’t demo it, you don’t know it.
