Ongoing Development
Section titled “Ongoing Development”Training doesn’t end after the initial tracks. Build continuous learning into the rhythm:
Monthly: Each team member shares one new Copilot use case or prompt they discovered. Agent builders demo one new agent or feature.
Quarterly: Attend Microsoft’s quarterly technical and sales bootcamps (live or on-demand). Review product updates and adjust our playbook.
Bi-annually: Participate in Microsoft’s Train the Trainer sessions for customer adoption delivery skills.
As-needed: When Microsoft ships new features (Agent 365 updates, Work IQ, new pre-built agents, Copilot Credit Capacity Packs), the relevant track lead runs a 30-minute internal briefing within one week.
Suggested Training Schedule

Weeks 3–5: Specialization (By Role)

- IT/Security Consultants → Track 2 (Data Workers)
- Technical Consultants → Track 4 (Agent Builders)
Week 6: Integration

- Track 1 delivers the AI Transformation Briefing
- Track 2 presents the security assessment and governance plan
- Track 4 demos the agents they built
- Whole team debriefs and refines the playbook
